The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of optical emission spectrometers recommend that our customers schedule Periodic Maintenance (PM) Calibration of their instrument to optimize its performance.
It is suggested that an analytical instrument with moderate use be scheduled for periodic maintenance annually. Your individual maintenance schedule will vary based on the usage of the instrument. The facilities Manager may want to schedule their workhorse instruments bi-annually or even quarterly.
Our Technicians perform a complete instrument check, optics, windows and lens cleaning, UV checks and Calibration adjustments. Our Technicians will perform minor repairs (if necessary) during the Periodic Maintenance visit. Many of the more complex repair issues can also be performed while our Technician is on-site or scheduled as a separate repair visit.
We provide an ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 Calibration Certificate, Report and Certification Label for you instrument on completion of services.
